What time will my grazing box be delivered?


Our grazing boxes are usually delivered between 10am - 3pm.




Do I need to be home to receive my box?


Please take all possible steps to ensure that someone is home to receive the delivery at the location specified, we don’t encourage to leave boxes as they need to be refrigerated if not consumed straight away.




Are you able to cater to dietary requirements?


Yes! Please advise if you have any dietary requirements at time of booking or by selecting when ordering online. If you can’t find anything – drop us a note via email and we will come back to you asap!

How much notice do you need?


48 hours’ notice is required to secure your order, if you require something for the next day, please drop us an email to see if we can accommodate your order.




What if I need to cancel my order?


For boxes, if you provide up to 1 weeks’ notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 2 full business days, we will not be able to issue a full refund and will retain half the amount paid to cover cost of food etc. For boards, if you provide up to 2 weeks’ notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 5 full business days, we will not be able to issue a full refund and will retain half the amount paid to cover cost of food etc.




Where do you deliver and what is the cost?


We service all of Melbourne Metro and surrounding suburbs, servicing up to 40kms from Reservoir, anything above this will be priced upon application. Prices start from:

  • 20km from Reservoir - $10
  • 25km + from Reservoir - $15
  • 30km + from Reservoir - $25
  • 40km + Price on application.
  • All Social Grazing Board deliveries - Price on application.
  • Pick up is not available due to regulations




How big are the boxes and boards? And how many people will they feed?


Boxes

Small 1-3 ppl | Size: 255 X 155 X 80 mm

Medium 4-6 ppl | Size: 450 x 315 x 80mm

Large 6 -10 ppl | Size: 560 X 255 X 80 mm

Boards

Size: 1: 30cm in diameter

Size 2: 50cm in diameter

Size 3: 80cm in diameter




What type of payments do you accept?


Once your order is confirmed, an invoice will be issued via email, we require all our orders to be paid via bank transfer 2 days before the order date. We accept VISA and Mastercard. Please ensure to check Spam or Junk mail folders.




How do the Social Board set up's work?


We will arrive 1-2 hours prior to the event to setup, so that everything is ready just as your guests arrive. All we require is you to provide the table, we provide everything from the board, serving bowls and the cheese knives. After the event we will pickup in the following days (as agreed with you prior) to collect the boards and equipement. All you need to do is provide them in the box provided to you (there will be a checklist of items to ensure that nothing gets left behind). Any items missing or damaged will incur a replacement fee.
